Once more the Club continues to grow. We cap our squad numbers in order to fully focus development time on manageable player numbers. We have looked at running alternative sessions for our waiting list but due to various reasons we are not in a position to do this at present and therefore have taken the tough decision to close our waiting list for a number of our teams where the waiting list exceeds a 3 season wait.
We feel it is important that no one is sat waiting on our list when they should and could be playing

While we would like to accommodate everyone, we have found our success of developing players and teams is a direct result of running teams with a limit to make numbers manageable and allow for equal opportunities and development. Increasing numbers dilutes playing team and can restrict development.

If you are 6 (or will be 6 between 01/09/23 and 28/02/24) we will be looking to invite ahead of next season to form our under 7's.

To accommodate as many players as possible, we offer places in the order you are on our waiting lis from u6-u10's, so it is important that if you are interested in joining the club at any point you email the club at join@clarendonjuniorsfc.co.uk with name, date of birth and contact details so we can add you to the list and send you link for further info

We always require new coaches or a couple of people who would be interested in coaching to come and join us - all our teams start with a coaching/management team of 3.

With the success of the club, our waiting lists are getting longer and some are now closed until further notice. we would love to start up additional teams but this is only possible with the addition of extra volunteers who are qualified or prepared to do the necessary qualifications to allow us to register extra teams - we offer fully support to those that wish to become qualified coaches, and if we have space within our club structure to start new teams.

We invite all existing members to confirm their commitment for the next season at the end of May of each season in order to establish squad numbers and can then look to offer places to those on the waiting list. Please note: When a place does become available we invite the next person from the relevant age group for under 10's and below, firstly via email and secondly via a contact number if we have one. If we are unable to gain a response within 7 days we move onto the next one, For established teams, we aim to invite to integration sessions so both player and coaching team can see how they would fit into the established squad

In order to provide continuity, we are always looking for more parents to become involved in coaching, managing, fund raising or committee roles and would love to hear from anyone who would be interested in joining the club in some capacity.
