All abilities welcome from retired legends to brand new beginners.
Pre-season training is every Tuesday on Southbourne beach until August when we start pre-season training at our home ground at Iford playing fields, which our facilities include a club house, bar (with full licence), car parking and flood lit training pitch, we are a RFU affiliated club.
During the season there is an optional fitness and core strengthening sessions on Tuesday nights (Tuesday Club) taken by players for the players (also the ladies train on Tuesday nights as well) and Mens XV training on Thursday nights from 7pm coached by Stu, Moose and Ben
Games are played on Saturday afternoons.
