Clarky joined The E's in November of the 2023/24 season from Sawbridgeworth Town, making the step up to step four football, and went on to make 16 appearances for the club that season.

During the 2024/25 season, Luke was a key figure in defence and made his 50th appearance in an Enfield shirt at home to AFC Dunstable in April 2025. He also scored a crucial late goal at home to secure a 3–1 victory over Barton Rovers earlier in the campaign.

Clarky started the 2025/26 season with The E's, making 15 appearances and scoring once before taking time away from football.
