A guide to how to complete the online registration and club affiliation process for new and existing players in the Junior Section

The RFU GMS online system is the membership and record of all players at every age at Harrow RFC.
At the start of each season every player under the age of 18 must be affiliated to Harrow RFC and their club membership purchased online. This must now be done by the parent themselves who now have control over the data and player registration for each child on the RFU system.

The process is straightforward and there are clear links rom your home page on the RFU GMS system for both affiliation and membership purchase.

In order to complete the registration of your child as a player, you are required to login to the system and register your child’s details (if a new player) or affiliate your child to Harrow RFC from your Parent Membership account. Please remember to ensure you have bought the Parent Membership (free) before you purchase for your child.
All new Parents will be registered by the club and notified of their login details.

Once logged in to your home page there is a Family and Friends panel with a + Add button where you can access the registration part for your child/children.

Please complete this and affiliate the new young players to Harrow RFC.

Once that is done you are able to buy membership of Harrow RFC for your child. Our club is run entirely by volunteers so membership subscriptions are a very important part of sustaining the club’s operations.

The youth membership subscription is £110 for the full season to the end of April 2022 and there is a reduced rate for siblings of £70.

You can pay by online card on the system or choose the Direct Debit option which will spread the cost over 6 monthly payments.

In the case of financial hardship there are support grants available to ensure children can participate in the sport and please let your team manager or one of the coaches know if you are interested in that option.
If you have any difficulties with the process we can provide help on Sunday mornings at the club.
