Please bring all your friends and family to our first Family Fun Day,
which is being organised jointly by the Junior and Senior sections of
the club. The aim of the event is to raise funds for refurbishment of
the clubhouse, which, I am sure you will agree, is much needed.

The fun will start immediately after Mini Rugby on Sunday, 13th
September , with food available from 12 noon .

Entertainment includes a raffle, tombola, two bouncy castles, a five a
side soccer tournament, 'Beat the Goalie' and a rugby goal kicking
competition. And of course the bar will be open all afternoon! If
you can donate a raffle prize, or if anyone has any Giant Jenga,
Connect4, etc. which they would be prepared to lend us for the
afternoon, it would be much appreciated.

We are looking for volunteers to help with the barbecue, serve in the
kitchen, supervise the activities, man the car park, collect litter
and generally lend a hand on the day. Please let me know if you are
able to help.

A huge amount of effort is being put into this event, so please, please do come along with family and friends and make this a memorable (and
profitable) start to the new season.

We have a poster available to print off and display anywhere you can;
our aim is to raise awareness of the club in the local community. You
never know, we may even attract some new players who didn't even know
the club existed!
