Superb fightback comes up just short with a 29-33 reverse

Truncated report this week due to editor availability issues.
Saturday saw the final league game of the season for Harrow at home to Barnet.
With both teams fielding strong sides it was Barnet with a strong wind behind who got off to a flying start and putting a 21-0 lead on the board within the first 20 minutes.
Back came harrow and with a couple of well taken tries against the elements went into half time 21-10 down.
Barnet scored first in 2H but again Harrow rallied, and with a further 3 tries in the second half Barnet were left hanging on at the final whistle - and the relief when they kicked the ball into touch to gain a 33-29 victory which kept them in Counties 2 was clear for all to see.
Well done to them for pulling it out the hat when required.
Harrow can be very pleased with another strong performance and a season finishing in the top half of a strong table is a recognition for all the hard work put in by the players and coaching staff.
As pleasing as the top half finish is also the style of play which has been developed, really playing to the strengths of a strong, fit mobile forward pack - coupled with an array of pace, youth and talent in the back line. Very promising for the upcoming cup run (still in the hat at time of going to press), but also for the forthcoming seasons.
Try scorers on the day to be added at a later date (as cant find them right this moment - but Billy A kicked 2 conversions) - normal service will be resumed for the cup.
