Every single one of the boys in Team 2 should be really proud of the way they played. Where perhaps the boys are still getting used to some of the technical parts of rugby, this can be compensated by the amount of effort and commitment on display today. Patrick scored a fantastic try early on in the first game running half of the length of the field to touch down. There was great wing play shown throughout by one of our new boys Rubén and also Ben B. Antony was really solid driving forward with Guy and Mark making some great offloads at the right moments. Jamie was captain for the day and he tackled like a lion throughout ably supported by Dev and Ibrahim.

The team performed some of the basics well and could have easily won the last game. They really started to show they understood the importance of pushing up when defending and squeezing the space on the attackers. Scrums, rucking and mauling remain big spaces for improvement. Well done boys!!!!
