At the start of the Covid-19 outbreak, Anna Jebson, one of our ladies players, thought it would be nice to brighten things up by making bright large bows for people’s doors and asking for a donation, which was to go to the NHS Charity. A lot of you have probably seen the bows in the Hornsea and surrounding area.

Following rolls of rolls of ribbon and hours and hours of making and effort, Anna and her team from Petals, Pets and Paws have raised a staggering £10,000!

The money raised is going to ward 130 at Hull Royal Infirmary and will purchase a billimeter & an advanced cot bed for babies and hopefully they can get something else.

To say as a club we are proud of Anna is an understatement!
