1. SAFEGUARDING INFORMATION, POLICIES & PROCEDURES

At Lincoln United Football Clubs the safeguarding and welfare of our players is of paramount importance, an area of the game we take it extremely seriously. We constantly strive to ensure that we are creating a safe, fun and inclusive environment, thus giving our players the opportunity to grow and develop within our club's 'One Club, One Community' ethos.

Lincoln United Football Club has clear and concise Safeguarding Policy in place, the objective of which is to provide guidance, procedural expectations and relevant contact information for our club members. Additionally, Lincoln United Football Club has an Anti-Bulling Policy, Equality Policy and Respect Code of Conducts for all its members to adhere to. All safeguarding related policies can be found at the bottom of this page and in our policy and procedures section.

Lincoln United Football Club has a designated Club Welfare Officer. Their responsibility is to oversee the safeguarding and welfare of the children within our club. Moreover, the Club Welfare Officer holds a seat within the Junior Committee and supports the club's Executive Board with the operational and strategic direction of safeguarding. If you are concerned about the safety or welfare of one of our players, or the behaviour of an adult towards a child, please contact the Club Welfare Officer using the contact details within the club's Safeguarding Policy or within the Contact Section on the club's website.
