Lochar's 3rd season in the South was one of mixed success, with no manager at the start of the season players Blair Steele and Ross Woodward took on the managerial role which they acquitted themselves admirably with the club holding their own in the league. Bad news halted Scott Neill season when he broke his ankle at Lockerbie. Midway through the season a new manager was appointed, Craig Fraser who was previously at the YM. Craig led the club to Cup success in the form of a victory over Creetown at Palmerston Park, a top 6 finish eluded the club as the club finished 7th. Lee Martin hitting 23 goals to claim the top goalscorer award.
