Whether you are a lover of rugby to play or to watch, an experienced player with years under your belt or somebody who is brand new to the sport, ONs Ladies would love you to join us and make you part of our team!

Alternatively come along to a training session - we train Mondays and Wednesdays at 19:30 at Old Northamptonians RUFC (Sir Humphrey Cripps Pavillion, Billing Road, Northampton NN1 5RX).
