Ideas to make SRUFC even better
Club Development Plan.
The Club Committee, asked the following ‘guys’ to work on creating a ‘Club Development Plan’ ( CDP ), as a way of looking forward, having access to RFU funds and Grants, and helping the Club have a joined up focus for all sections.
The Working Group is :-
*Adam Byron, Representing the Senior Playing Section.
*Ryan Amos, Business Planning and University
*John Parr, Representing Non-Playing members, and RFU Liaison
*Robert Hall, Representing Coaching, Membership, and RFU Integration.
*Charlotte Evans, Representing the ladies section, and School development.
*Dean Mabson, Representing the ‘Age Grade’ section.
The Committee approved the Plan on Monday 8th July.
6 Areas have been chosen to be prioritised for this coming season.
The CDP is attached to this news item, and is stored permanently at Club Info in the blue menu bar, select Documents and SRUFC_CDP_2013.docx.
Hopefully many of you will be either be, involved in the implementation or recipients of the changes, but if you’d like to volunteer to support and help, please contact one of the above.
