Bedford Town Football Club are delighted to welcome Natalie Jones to the club's medical team. Natalie, who has been a regular face at the club over the past season, has been assisting head of sports therapy - Jazzy Dolby with player treatments and matchday support. She now joins the club's medical team on a permanent basis.

22-year-old Natalie who hails from Northampton, has previously worked at Eynesbury Rovers, Syston Rugby Club and recently with Wellingborough Town FC. She brings with her, a first-class Bsc Hons in sports therapy, first aid and Lubas trauma management. The latter qualification, also held by head of sports therapy Jazzy, is a major asset for the club and is infrequently found in medical staff at non-league level.

We caught up with Natalie who is very excited to grow her skills at The Eyrie, "Helping out over the last few pre-season games has made me very excited to start at Bedford. The management, players and behind the scenes staff have made me feel very welcome already. I can’t wait to grow and develop myself as a therapist by working alongside one of the best sports therapist I know in Jazzy Dolby".

We also spoke to Jazzy, who shared her joy at welcoming Natalie to her team. Here's what she had to say: "I’m absolutely delighted to have Natalie join the Medical Team at Bedford Town for the season. Natalie is an awesome sports therapist, with lots of experience and knowledge working within football. Natalie will fit in perfectly to the management team and I’m looking forward to having her work along side me this season".

Natalie will be bringing her experience and dedication to the team right away, in time for the new season which is just 10 days away! Be sure get your tickets to come and see Natalie and the rest of the Eagles in action at our first home game as we welcome Barwell to The Eyrie on Saturday 13th August. Tickets will be on sale for non-season ticket holders in the coming days via the Bedford Town Box Office.
