The Eagles welcome AFC Dunstable to The Eyrie in what has been an interrupted part of the season due to weather. Most recently, Bedford drew 1-1 with Stotfold in what was a tough match for the Eagles.
Against Stotfold, Bedford took an early lead as Liam Dulson fired the Eagles ahead after three minutes. This was shortly cancelled out by an equaliser from Connor Vincent.
Prior to this, the Eagles beat local rivals Kempston Rovers 2-0 at the Eyrie and it was the perfect revenge for the result in the previous fixture. Goals from Liam Dulson and Jack Green got the job done.
In more recent weeks, Bedford have had many games called off due to weather conditions. Since the start of February, matches against the AFC Dunstable, Stotfold and Thame United, and Welwyn Garden City have had to get called off due to the weather.
AFC Dunstable have been in fine form recently and have scored in all eleven of their last eleven league games, a run stretching back to before Christmas.
Last time out, Dunstable beat Thame United 2-1 at home thanks to a late winner from Yoav Sade to seal the three points. Prior to this, the Od’s secured a 2-6 win over Waltham Abbey.
The last time the two sides faced each other, Bedford won 1-3 at Creasey Park. A really good win for the Eagles against a tough Dunstable side.
Try and make your way to The Eyrie for this one!
