The Eagles return to National League North action this Saturday, with a trip to Scarborough Athletic. After a heartbreaking loss in added time last time out at home to Darlington, the Eagles will be looking to rediscover their form and get back to winning ways. Having been unbeaten in the league in October, the Eagles couldn't carry that form into November where they won two league games but lost five. There will be plenty of opportunity for the Eagles to bounce back in December with five important league fixtures to come including three at The Eyrie.

The Eagles will be boosted by the return of Carl Mensah and Rob Howard who have returned to full training and are available for Saturday's fixture. Lewis Green is progressing nicely in his rehabilitation and will hopefully be returning in the early new year. Sam Brown has picked up a slight knee injury and is doing light rehabilitation, there is no exact time frame for his return yet. Defender Connor Barratt has returned to Barnsley after his one month loan has finished.

The Eagles opponents, Scarborough Athletic, sit in fifth place in National League North having won nine out of their eighteen matches so far in the league. However, their recent league form has dipped after some strong early season performances with just one win in their last seven league fixtures. Last time out Scarborough were held to a 1-1 draw at Macclesfield, after a strong second half performance earned them a point.

A rather historic meeting between the two sides occurred fifty years ago in the FA Trophy Semi-Final. The two sides played a double legged semi-final with Scarborough winning both fixtures 3-1 earning them a spot at Wembley where they lost 4-0 to Matlock Town in the final.

Parking Information:

There are around 100 free car parking spaces at the Ground, which is shared with Bridlington Rugby Club. Car parking is available on first come first serve basis at the Mounting Systems Stadium. Once full, we recommend the large pay and display car park on Moorfield Road, YO16 4LE (a 2-3 minute walk from the Stadium). Alternatively, the railway station is a 5-10 minute walk from the ground.
