Please arrive with plenty of time to adhere with Guildfords Covid-19 guidance indicated below

This is just up the road from Charterhouse school for those that know this school.
The school is BEFORE Charterhouse school as you come from the A3 It's a relatively small school so there's two 'entrances' but there's a one way system so you enter using the second 'entrance', follow the short road back where the main car park is next to the astro. Can't go wrong as only one road, one astro. There should be toilets available but no changing or other facilities.
Re; Covid restrictions can i please ask that all players and spectators sign in as soon as they arrive and before the player steps foot on the pitch. The QR code will be displayed on the outside of the entrance to the pitch. I am afraid we can only allow one spectator per player. Parents should adhere to the 5mph speed limit while driving in the school grounds and please stay either by pitch or in their car - no wandering around the school grounds or walking of dogs.
I am sure you are abiding by these rules as well but here is the list of requirements:
Keep groups to less than 30 with no mixing between groups / teams
Arrivals. All players must hand sanitise as they arrive - Hadn't sanitiser is to the left of the pitch entrance
QR Login. All players and coaches should login before arriving. Someone will be at the gate to the pitch to meet and greet players and make sure this is done
No players should touch balls or cones with their hands.
Team talks must be socially distanced. No huddles.
Parents can watch fixture on the grass outside the pitch provided they have signed in using the QR code system
We encourage parents to remain distance from one another. Max one parent per child. Masks encouraged in case distancing is not possible. Masks are not compulsory outside.
End of the game - Please ask players to leave pitch straight away and go straight to their car
FYI. England Hockey have said that if someone in a team/match/coaching group develops Covid symptoms then track and trace would not recommend isolation of other players in that group unless they have shared a lift or spent 5+ minutes inside within 1m talking without a mask, because the risk of transmission is deemed extremely low.
