    Four drills to boost your clean out skills:

    Half bag drill- Get your body low and keep your back straight. Follow through and pump your legs to get beyond the ball.

    Counter ruck drill- Get low and follow through until you get to the man. Pop back on your feet to counter the ruck.

    Clean out drill with tackler lying on our player- Drop your body height right down, twist your body to get one shoulder as the first point of contact. Chase your feet through and get a nice wide base to keep your balance and be in a strong position in case the opposition try and counteract and end up in a situation where you are potentially beyond the ball.

    Tackle- Get your body low and drive through with your feet. Jump back up onto your feet and get back in a position to contest.
