Summer Fitness Fund Raiser

We want to let you know about session 1 of the Summer Fitness Fund Raiser (SFFR), which is happening this Wednesday starting at 7 pm sharp

This is primarily for Mum`s, Dad`s, Aunties and Uncles (beach body), this coming season`s U16 boys and older as well as the current squad of girls.

The concept is simple enough; a mayhem (Army based) mixture of circuits, cardio, S&C with everything else thrown in……this will be a challenge!

We are asking for £3 per head for the hour season, this will all go towards the clubroom funds.

Outdoor training shoes (boots are not required), bring a full water bottle and clothes suited to the weather.
