25 year old Jack Green signed for The Eagles in June 2023 as part of a new look Bedford under Lee Bircham.Jack, who plays in midfield and can also play at right back, started his career at St Albans City in 2014. Having spent two seasons in the National League South at Clarence Park, he then moved on to Dunstable Town and Hitchin Town. He remained at Top Field for five seasons, dual registering with Colney Heath and Harpenden throughout his time there. During the 2022/23 season, he left Hitchin and joined Walthamstow making 35 appearances for them as they finished fourth at step four, losing to Didcot in the playoffs. He also won Walthamstow's player's player of the season award, last season.

He will add so much experience and energy to the new group and with his ability and tenacity, we are sure he will be a regular in the Eagles side."
