Club Recruitment – Your Club Needs You

As a grassroots club Hemel Hempstead (Camelot) RFC relies on the volunteers to function and therefore provide the best possible experience for our members.

There are several existing roles that have become vacant and need to be filled for the 2020-21 season.

  • Finance Director
  • Commercial Director
  • Director of Mini Rugby
  • Director of Youth Rugby

In addition to this we have recognised there are several additional roles we need to fill and get running rather than expecting the current volunteers to carry out those tasks in addition to their existing role. Therefore, we are looking for:

  • Club Accreditation Manager
  • Communications and PR Manager
  • Fundraising & Grants Manager
  • Health & Safety Manager
  • Club Coaching Coordinator
  • Equipment Manager
  • Transition Manager (Youth to Senior + University liaison)

Finally, we have a need for:

  • At least 2 people to form an U8 coaching team for the 2020-21 season and then to progress through the age grades in subsequent seasons.
  • Volunteers willing to qualify as Youth Referee’s and therefore take charge of regular Sunday morning U14 to U18 youth matches at Chaulden Lane.
