    Keep your back nice and straight with tension through your arms, a good grip, feet shoulder width apart, 120 degree angle at the hip and knee. Both players should be at the same height.

    Keep both feet on the floor for maximum power and when driving get your chest down and imagine you're trying to squash an ant on the floor.
