Proof to all that practice makes perfect is simply a myth. Left after colts as a serviceable 3rd team player, came back a few years later after no cricket whatsoever and having fought back from numerous injuries and immediately started setting Division 1 aflame in the 2's. If you like the MCC manual, Sprulesy is probably not for you. If you like a good violent flat-bat through the covers or over square leg, then strap in - you have quite a ride ahead of you. Weaknesses include pace, where a range of injuries have left him running as though peddling a bike, and of course the days when he forgets to bring his permission slip allowing him to stay out late.

Hitting a 6 in the last over to win the match against Upminster at Under 13. In adult cricket, probably hitting a 6 well into the Hammonds garden

I love a test match but hard to beat an evening in the sun T20 at Chelmsford followed by a curry
